
Lasha Kandelakishvili graduated successfully from the Faculty of Mining and Geology of the Technical University of Georgia in 2007. In 2017, he furthered his education by earning a Master’s Degree from the Legnica University of Management in Poland.
In 2007, he served as the Director-General of Tbilisi Secular University, and in 2008, he became the director of Tbilisi International University. By 2009, he had advanced to the position of Rector at the International University of Eurasia. From 31 December 2012 until 31 October 2020, Lasha Kandelakishvili held the esteemed position of Rector at European University Georgia.
In addition to his administrative roles, Lasha Kandelakishvili has lectured for years and has been actively involved with various NGOs. He is a prolific author, having written 5 manuals, numerous scientific papers, and publications. His contributions have significantly impacted the academic landscape, particularly at European University Tbilisi, which is recognized as a top university in Georgia.
Under his leadership, European University in Tbilisi Georgia has continued to grow and excel, solidifying its reputation as one of the best universities in Georgia and among the best medical colleges in Georgia. His dedication to academic excellence and innovation makes him a distinguished figure in the field of higher education.

Tamar Zarginava successfully graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Eastern European University of Economics and Management in 2013. She furthered her studies at the same university, earning a Master's degree in Law in 2015.
From 2007 to 2011, she was the Head of Administration at Tbilisi Secular University. Between 2011 and 2012, she served as the Acting Rector of the International Teaching University of Georgia. From 2012 to 2014, she headed the Rector's Office at the same university.
In 2015, she joined European University Georgia, serving as the Head of Administration until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, she was the Vice-Rector for International Relations at European University Tbilisi Georgia, contributing significantly to the university's international outreach and partnerships. Since 2023, Tamar Zarginava has been serving as the Vice-President of European University.
Her extensive experience and dedication have played a pivotal role in the growth and development of European University Georgia, recognized as one of the top universities in Georgia. Her leadership has helped establish the university as one of the best universities in Georgia and among the top medical universities in Georgia, offering quality education and fostering academic excellence.
